  1. 1.) The basic sections of the paper were followed properly, (abstract, introduction, conclusion, etc), however the layout was not submitted in the two column format for electronic submission.

.) I felt the subheading clearly identifies the content of the subject matter and follows a logical order.

.) I felt the content of the subject matter was clear and followed a logical progression, the paper stuck to the point didn't go off tangent, and lead the reader down a path that you understand the writers intent, however maybe it was due to layout but pages 9 and 10 blended, no breaks and the figures or graphics didn't seem to follow in line with the subject matter, nice flow overall

.) I would rate strong for assertion and clarity. You understood the material the writer was presenting and it used examples that were relevant with today's environment and provided positives and negatives to back up the examples. Nice job

.) I would rate the paper strong on evidence, strength and credibility. As mentioned before it's to the point, it clearly outlines the subject matter, the good use of examples and positives and negatives and creditability to the paper

.) I would rate the paper strong in the way the ideas and topics were presented, how the ideas were arranged in order so that you come away with a better understanding of the subject matter that was being presented, however the layout leads again to some confusion of the organization i.e. the blending of the pages and the layout of the graphics. Overall good job

.) The mechanics, grammar and spelling is strong

.) The effectiveness of the paper is strong, good presentation of ideas and examples and we come away with a better understanding of the content of the material, computers are a very technical subject matter. Excellent rendition
