  1. 1. Introduction, Conclusion, References are adequate and facilitate the reading.

    2. Subheadings is well define and definitely clarify the sections of the text. The different sections are:
    abstract, index terms then
    I.Introduction,
    II. TCP/IP Layers (A.Layers, B. Operation, C. Applications),
    III.The OSI model,
    IV. Internetworking and
    V.conclusion Followed by aknowledgement
    and references.

    3. The material was totally ordered in a way that was logical, clear and easy to follow. Starting with the abstract which define the objectif of the paper, The introduction gave a wide understanding of the subject to be treated, gave a little history of the subject and the specific of what will be elaborated on the paper. The differents sections II,III, and IV was a development of the key parts of the subject and finally the conclusion resume everything and gave more perspectives about the use and future of TCP/IP and the OSI model. Very well done.

    8. The overall effectiveness rating will be strong. The paper was very well organized. The abstract define the objectif of the paper. The introduction gave a broad understanding of the origin of the subject and went to the specific of what will be discuss on the paper, the key parts II,III and VI very specifically elaborate on the subject areas and the conclusion open up to more discussion while resuming the different elements of the subject. Overall very good job.
